Biography

I am a lecturer in the School of Mathematics at the University of East Anglia.  My research focuses on the representation theory of the symmetric groups and related algebras.

  • ·         Sesqui postdoctoral Fellow, University of Sydney, 2004-2006. 
  • ·         Lecturer in mathematics, University of East Anglia, 2007 - present.

Key Research Interests

My research focuses on the representation theory of the symmetric groups and related algebras.  These algebras include the Hecke algebras of type A, the Ariki-Koike algebras and the (cyclotomic) q-Schur algebras.
