Personal profile
Biography
I am a Team Leader at the Learning and Teaching Services of the University of East Anglia (UEA), where my team and I provide professional support to the Schools of Law, Global Development, and Economics. Before joining LTS, I held various administrative roles within the University, most recently as a Space Planning Coordinator in the Estates department. Prior to my time at UEA, I gained extensive managerial experience in large multinational corporations, including Lehman Brothers and Citigroup.
Since January 2024, I have also been providing administrative support to the Principal Investigator of the €5 million Horizon Europe project, CROSSEU, Professor Nicholas Vasilakos. In this role, I assist with a range of tasks, including diary management, event coordination, organising meetings, liaising with partners across the 15-member consortium, and supporting research assistant recruitment. My work ensures that the administrative aspects of the project run smoothly, allowing Professor Vasilakos to focus on providing research leadership.
I hold an MBA with Distinction from UEA and have completed several accredited management and leadership training programmes, including a Level 7 Diploma in Professional Consulting (Chartered Management Institute), a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Institute of Leadership and Management), and a BA in Hotel Business and Administration from the University of Munich.
I am a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
