Biography

I am an Associate Professor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. I am also the Director of Prograduate Taught Programmes. Prior to joining Norwich Business School, I worked as an Assistant Professor in Strategy and Business Analytics at the University of Leicester School of Business. I received my PhD in Management Science from the University of Luxembourg in Luxembourg. My research, which is at the intersection of Family Firms, Strategy and Innovation, has been published in journals such as British Journal of Management, Industry and Innovation, Family Business Review, Business Strategy and the Environment; Journal of Business Research and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.

My experience outside academia include working as a Development Planning Officer at the Local Government Service Secretariat in Accra. I have also worked as a Policy Analyst at IMANI Centre for Policy and Education.
