See here for current PhD opportunities in mathematics and feel free to email me to discuss projects outside these areas and alternative sources of funding.

Key Research Interests

My research interests are in representation theory. I am mainly interested in structural/homological properties of categories of representations arising in the representation theory of finite-dimensional algebras, algebraic groups or other Lie theoretic contexts. Furthermore, I am interested in the phenomenon of categorification and in developing the newly emerging subject of 2-representation theory.

Research Keywords:

representation theory of finite-dimensional algebras, algebraic groups and related algebras

connections with Lie theory

homological algebra

categorification, 2-representation theory
