Ying joined the University of East Anglia in October 2023 as a Marketing Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at Norwich Business School. Driven by dedication and a passion for academia, she specializes in Digital Marketing, focusing on the experimentalization and theorization of digital agency in digital communication. Her research interests cover digital anthropomorphism, human-robot interaction, consumer behaviour, and digital communication.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
