I'm a Lecturer in Marketing within the Marketing group at Norwich Business School. I am also the Course Leader for the BA Marketing and Management degree. Prior to joining NBS at UEA, I was working as Marketing Lecturer at Hull University Business School.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Business studies, a MSc in Marketing, and a MRes in Social Science Research Method. My PhD focused on electronic word-of-mouth communication, and its impact on consumer decision-making.
I teach a number of modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Norwich Business School, including Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing and the Service Economy, and Buyer behaviour and Interactive Marketing.
My research interests include:
Digital Marketing - The impact of electronic word-of-mouth marketing (Online customer reviews, management response to online customer reviews and mobile based word-of-mouth behaviour)
Sustainable/Green marketing – Companies sustainable/green marketing and management practices/strategies
