Personal profile

Biography

I am a doctoral student at Norwich Business School, having joined in 2022 on the SSF Studentship. My research, supervised by Prof. Zografia Bika and Mr. James Cornford, focuses on entrepreneurship within prison settings, using a qualitative case study from Pakistan.

I also served as a Postgraduate Research (PGR) representative from 2023 to 2025, during which I co-organized two colloquiums.

In my current role as a Research Associate with the School of Health Sciences, I contribute to the 'SNAP in prisons' project, a Marie Curie-funded initiative led by Prof. Morag Farquhar and Dr. Carole Gardener. This project aims to adapt the Support Needs Approach for Patients (SNAP), a person-centred healthcare intervention, for use within prison environments. I am responsible for analysing and interpreting data, writing up results, and presenting research progress and outcomes to the team.
