This is a UK government commissioned report designed to: Describe public sector CRM in general; Describe and explain the prerequisites for a successful CRM implementation in a council; Make a preliminary segmentation of UK councils based upon an interviewed sample; Point to the likely support needs of each segment for the purpose of other National Programme projects.
