Abstract
Accessing and downloading the Drinks Diary
Thank you for your interest in the Drinks Diary, you can download the pdf of the Drinks Diary from this website.
The Drinks Diary was developed by Florence Oluseyi Jimoh (working with Lee Hooper and Diane Bunn) as part of her Masters of Research in Clinical Research at the University of East Anglia in 2012 to 2013. The Drinks Diary was independent research funded in part by Florence, in part by the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR, Career Development Fellowship to Lee Hooper, NIHR-CDF-2011-04-025) and in part by the University of East Anglia. The views expressed are those of the authors and not necessarily those of the NHS, the NIHR or the Department of Health.
We would like to thank those people who participated in the development of the Drinks Diary, including the participants who completed the Drinks Diary, managers and other staff in the care homes where the study was completed. For further details of our research on dehydration in older people please see the DRIE (Dehydration Recognition In our Elders) Study http://driestudy.appspot.com/.
