Abstract
Vulnerability caused by other persons: lessons for anti-poverty interventions.
If the standard of living of people is always in part the result of good or bad luck, in part this luck does not only originate in ‘nature’ but also in the behaviour of the people on whom one depends. In our contribution we try to come to a closer understanding of the possibilities to prevent this relational vulnerability. We apply our ideas to some specific cases of development aid.
