Abstract
This is a practice development tool based on research from Cook's research on retention in social work. This interactive tool, available through Research in Practice (National Children's Bureau) helps social workers to:
* Reflect on their professional journey, considering how these experiences have shaped their identity as a social worker
* Review learning and development over the course of their career - identifying any new professional directions of interest, exploring ideas about how their employer can make the best possible use of their accumulated skills and knowledge.
