Abstract

This digital output presents the ReFresh Online Fatigue Management Programme for people with Parkinson’s, developed and evaluated through a pilot randomised controlled trial at the University of East Anglia. The programme adapts evidence-based strategies from multiple sclerosis fatigue management, combining cognitive behavioural techniques, energy conservation, and exercise guidance. The 3-minute video summarises the intervention and findings, while the accompanying webpage provides open access to the six-week self-management materials.
