Students are a benefit for all

I recently attended a presentation about means to sustain morale, given by a manager of a residential home for older people with mental health difficulties. The manager commented on her dynamic group of staff who are caring for residents with a range of physical and psychological needs. I visited the home, which had a pleasant atmosphere and a balanced provision of rest and leisure activities. I also met a number of students on placements.
