Abstract
This review of the Australian developments in private international law covers the years 2009 to 2012. To cover four years of developments we have necessarily examined a broad range of decisions to bring this yearbook's readership up to date with interesting developments in the Australian approach to conflict of law. This review adopts the qualitative approach and structure of previous annual reviews.
